How does it work?

Coverage: Families that prefer to pay privately can choose from a range of services that we provide. This policy covers the services listed below:

• Evaluations
• ABA services (in-home or in-school) for children Oversight
• Parent Education
• Social Proficiency Summer Camps
   

Policy Statement: This policy's goal is to give families who want to pay for individual ABA therapy some parameters. Private funding for ABA therapy is available to any family wishing to pay privately.

Payment: Before services begin, the entire cost of the services must be paid. For your pre-scheduled ABA Therapy sessions, services are billed on a month-to-month basis. Advance payments are required on the 10th of each month. In the event of an absence, prepayment is not refundable; however, it may be rescheduled. 

1. Fees:  Our fees are based on the level, duration and type of services provided. A detailed fee schedule can be provided during initial consultation. 
2. Sliding Scale: We offer a sliding fee scale based on family income (for certain situations) Please contact us for more information
3. Cancellations: must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session. If contacted 24 hours prior to the scheduled session, the session will be reschedule. Failure to do so will result in a charge of the full session fee
4. Confidentiality: All information shared during sessions will be kept confidential (HIPAA) and will not be disclosed without written consent from the family.
5. Termination of Services: Services may be terminated by either party with a written 60 day notice.
